April is a very special month for us at GVBG Advogados: we are celebrating five years of experience in the legal market! It’s been five years working in an innovative way and producing customized solutions, seeking to deliver excellent service to our clients. Our mission remains that of adding vast strategic knowledge to the businesses of those who believe in us, always aiming to mitigate risks and to achieve the best results to our clients.
In these five years of history, we achieved some milestones that we are proud of. Among them is the trust of more than 400 clients, national and international; more than 4.5 billion reais in M& and venture capital transactions; more than 1 billion reais in legal disputes, and more than 10 billion reais in corporate reorganization. In each of these processes, we act as facilitators of our clients’ objectives, working tirelessly for results that not only meet, but exceed their expectations.
