Juliana Amarante

Juliana Amarante is a partner at GVBG Advogados and she is focused on the labor law in the advisory, judicial and administrative litigation areas. Her work, in addition to strategic litigation, covers issues involving general advice in various aspects of corporate labor law, advice on corporate restructuring, union negotiations, contracts, as well as compensation and benefits plans, topics involving foreigners, and auditing in M&A.

Before joining GVBG Advogados, Juliana was the partner responsible for the labor area of ​​a boutique firm. Juliana also worked for more than 14 years in renowned law firms such as Cescon Barrieu Advogados, Trench Rossi e Watanabe e Souza, Mello e Torres Advogados.

Juliana holds a master’s degree with merit in LLM Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (England), with a specialization in Labor Law, a degree in Law and Labor Relations from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and in Law also from PUC-SP.
