Comau signs binding agreement for the acquisiton of Invent
Comau has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% Invent’s quotas, a company specializing in intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions. The transaction is subject to approval by CADE and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
