Patricia Elizabeth Woodhead is a partner in the Tax practice at GVBG Advogados. With more than 16 years of experience in Tax Law and a solid professional background built at some of Brazil’s most renowned law firms, Patricia focuses her practice on tax litigation, with extensive experience in handling and managing highly complex judicial and administrative proceedings involving federal, state, and municipal taxes.
Patricia also advises clients on tax matters, assisting with tax risk assessments, the definition of preventive strategies, and specialized support in due diligence procedures in the context of M&A transactions, special situations, and judicial asset acquisitions.
Before joining the firm, she spent a decade as a tax attorney at Lobo de Rizzo Advogados. Her professional background also includes relevant experience as an attorney at Lefosse Advogados and Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados.
