Isabel is partner at GVBG Advogados and her practice is focuses on M&A, Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Private Equity and Venture Capital. She also has experience in consulting and contract negotiation.
The partner began her career in 2010 at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados, where she remained for 14 years. During this time, she advised domestic and foreign clients from various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, sports, beauty and advertising, working on all stages of the operations.
Isabel has a law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper).
