We are happy to announce the arrival of Isabel Trigueros as our new M&A partner!
The partner, who has 15 years of professional experience at one of the leading M&A and corporate law firms, has vast experience in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Private Equity and Venture Capital, as well as extensive knowledge of contractual negotiations of varying levels of complexity. During her career, she has participated in more than 60 transactions in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, sports, beauty and advertising, involving both domestic and foreign clients.
With a degree in Law from PUC-SP and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Insper, Isabel has come to strengthen the area with her extensive background in the subject.
