Diaverum Brasil has expanded its operations in the state of São Paulo with the acquisition of four units from Grupo Lund: CDTR, CDTR Prime, INDI, and Lund Nefrologia. With this move, the company establishes its presence in the cities of Sorocaba, Itapetininga, and Itu.
The transaction increases Diaverum’s capacity by more than 1,400 new patients and 220,000 annual treatments, strengthening the delivery of comprehensive renal care to both public (SUS) and private health insurance patients.
