With over 16 years of experience in the field, Andréa has built her career at renowned Brazilian law firms. Her practice focuses on highly complex advisory work, encompassing domestic and international tax planning, M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and tax advisory services for various industries. She also has extensive experience in estate and succession planning, in addition to representing clients in federal administrative litigation before CARF.
